We help families build emotional intelligence—together.
We offer Practical, research-informed programs that help parents, couples, and children develop the emotional skills needed for healthier relationships.
Parent Reality
Every parent wants their child to grow into a happy, confident, and emotionally healthy adult.
But in today’s world—filled with conflicting parenting advice, social media pressure, and overwhelming expectations—many parents feel unsure about how to truly support their child’s emotional wellbeing.
As millennial parents, many of us care deeply about doing things right. Yet the constant stream of parenting philosophies and online advice can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure which approach actually works.
Research Insight
Research shows that one of the strongest predictors of a child’s long-term wellbeing and success is not intellectual intelligence (IQ), but emotional intelligence (EQ).
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, regulate, and respond to emotions in ways that build trust, connection, and resilience in relationships.
Children develop these skills not through lectures or activities, but through everyday emotional moments with the people who care for them most.
What Children Actually Need
What children need most is not more activities or distractions.
They need caregivers who can recognize emotional moments as opportunities to connect, guide, and set clear, supportive boundaries.
These moments are where emotional intelligence is learned.
What We Do
At Club Agilité Émotionnelle, we create opportunities for families to practice emotional skills together.
Through research-informed workshops, guided discussions, and experiential learning, parents and caregivers develop practical tools for navigating emotions, strengthening relationships, and supporting their children’s emotional development.
Our programs help transform everyday emotional challenges into opportunities for growth and connection.
And healthier relationships create stronger families and communities.
Meet the Founder
Club Agilité Émotionnelle was founded by a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to making emotional and relational skills more accessible to families and communities.
After years of clinical work, it became clear that many of the struggles people face in relationships are not due to a lack of care or effort, but a lack of opportunities to learn and practice emotional intelligence.
This organization was created to provide those opportunities—helping people strengthen emotional awareness, communication, and connection in the relationships that matter most.
