Parent & Child Relationship Workout Program
We created our Parent & Child Relationship Workout Program using our Relationship Growth Model (RGM™) to help families practice emotional learning together through engaging, relationship-based activities. Each exercise is designed to support children and caregivers in navigating big emotions, strengthening connection, building emotional awareness, and developing healthy relational skills across different stages of development.
Through play, conversation, reflection, and shared experiences, parents and children learn how to work with emotions together, not by avoiding difficult feelings, but by understanding, regulating, and growing through them within the safety of the relationship. The goal is not perfect parenting or perfect emotional regulation. It is to create repeated moments of connection that help children build resilience, emotional confidence, and trust in themselves and in their relationships.
